How to Order

Longarm Quilting Services

In person drop off - we are happy for local customers to bring ​quilt tops to our studio in the lower level of our home just south of Tecumseh, MI. Call 517-815-1493 for an appointment.

Mail your quilt tops to us - The order form to the right must be completed and sent with your top.

Separate form for each quilt​

Fill out completely - contact us with any questions

We will follow up with you before stating your quilt if we have any questions.

Wideback fabrics - order widebacks for the longarm projects we do for you or for any project, whether we quilt it or not.

Shipping Information

Please always put everything in a plastic bag before packaging for shipping.

If sending more than one top in the same box, please make clear which form, (backing and batting if included) goes with each top.

Please make a note of your tracking information and keep it for your records.
The safety of you treasured quilt is very important to us. So we have signed up for package receiving service at Postal Plus Tecumseh, MI. When your package arrives there, it will be signed for and stored. We will receive a message to pick up your package.

The shipping cost for the return of your completed quilt(s)

$15 for the first quilt

More than one quilt: actual cost.
Packages with no dimensions greater than 12" may or may not be more economical to ship via United States Post Office.
For larger, heavier packages, UPS is definitely more economical than regular mail.

We can save you even more when you ship your quilts to APPLE BASKET QUILTING using our commercial UPS discount.
Email Sharen at contact@applebasketquilting.com with your return address and the dimensions and weight of your box. I will send you a pdf of the shipping label for you to print and use to ship your package.
Payment for quilting services
We will contact you to let you know your quilt is complete.
You will then receive an email from us with a link to a PayPal invoice.
Click on the link to complete your payment by major credit card, debit, or Paypal.
